Data & Photo Retention

Uploaded photos, 3D models, and related design files are stored only until your product has shipped.

After shipment:

  • All uploaded images and design files are permanently deleted

  • We do not retain photos for reorders unless you upload them again

You may request early deletion by contacting us.

We share personal information only with trusted third parties necessary to operate our business, including:

  • Shopify (ecommerce platform)
